Sridhar has an exceptional ability to provide clear, constructive feedback that not only refines your work but also brings clarity to your thought process. What stood out most was how Sridhar cultivated a safe space for ideas, questions, and growth. He personified the kind of psychological safety that every team aspires to create. His approachability and rigour set a standard that I continue to follow and implement in my own work.

We worked with Sridhar on our initial MVP design project and collaborated intensely during the week-long design sprint. He helped us visualize our product experience and customer journey. He had a good grasp of what our challenges were and was open for different iterations and feedback on the working designs. Sridhar was also quite efficient in conducting user tests. I found him to be genuinely interested in what we were doing and passionate about solving user experience.

Sridhar is a solid communicator who excels at bringing together diverse viewpoints. I worked with Sridhar to lead an in-depth design workshop for a government technical product. This was challenging because it required working with many different types of people: high-level government leaders, researchers, journalists, technical developers, etc. Out of this 20+ person team, Sridhar stood out as the best at channeling everyone's diverse opinions into a prototype that satisfied everyone.
